We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Please note that some orders may experience a 2-3 day delay, as they are made fresh at the time of order. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) CT on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.

Delivery Issues : We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package please follow steps below:

  • Please check all areas around your property where the carrier may have left it.
  • Ask neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier to open an investigation they can often locate it quickly.

If all have been done and to no resolution we will then resort to filing a claim for this case.



Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Many of our items are food-related, come into contact with food, or are intended for personal use. For sanitary and health safety reasons, once a product leaves our facility, we cannot resell or reuse it even if unopened.



Alaska Customers

Due to the high cost of shipping to Alaska, we are no longer able to accept orders directly through our website.

Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods for Alaska orders:

1. Ground Advantage Shipping $20 can take up to 2 weeks.

  • Available only for dry products such as our seasonings and dry fruit dips.

    These items are non-perishable and safe for standard ground transit.

2. Priority Shipping (Required for Wet or Liquid Products)

  • Any order containing liquid or wet items must ship via Priority Mail to ensure freshness and quality.

Priority Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days.

The cost for Priority Shipping is $25.

Free Shipping Policy Update

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer free shipping for Alaska orders over $100.
