shipping schedule
We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Please note that some orders may experience a 2-3 day delay, as they are made fresh at the time of order. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) CT on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.
Delivery Issues : We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package please follow steps below:
- Please check all areas around your property where the carrier may have left it.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office or carrier to open an investigation they can often locate it quickly.
If all have been done and to no resolution we will then resort to filing a claim for this case.
