Sesame Balls: A nutty flavor from the sesame seeds and a chewy middle that will have you eating one after another. Roll into a ball and fry as is or add your favorite fillings! (Directions on back of bag. 1 full bag makes a little over 1/2 an aluminum tray if rolling in 1.5oz balls)
instruction for sesame balls:
• Empty full bag into a mixing bowl
- Add in 1 can of coconut milk and 3/4 cups of room temperature water
- Knead well and form into a ball
- Cover and let sit for 15-20minutes
- After 15-20minutes remove cover and roll the dough into individual 1.5oz balls or of your size preference
- Roll the balls into sesame seeds and repeat process until all balls are Coated in sesame seeds.
- Heat oil to medium/low (temperature number 3)
- Once oil is hot drop in your sesame balls 8-10 balls at a time (depending on size of your pot) and let it cook for 10mins
- Once golden brown and floats to the top remove from heat and let oil drain.
- The middle of sesame balls should be chewy and cooked. (Cooking will vary on size)

instruction for lotus cookies:
Empty the whole bag into a mixing bowl
Add 2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
Whisk everything together until smooth and no more clumps
Heat your oil on medium high. Let your lotus mold in the hot oil for 1-2min
•Before dipping into batter
Remove the lotus wand from the hot hold and Dip it 3/4 of the way into the batter until a thin layer forms around the mold.
Hold the mold in the hot oil for 3-4seconds (do not let it sit on the bottom of the pot). After 3-4seconds start shaking the batter off when the edges starts to brown. (Batter should shake off easily)
Let lotus cookie fry on medium high until golden brown then immediately take out and lay it over a small upside bowl or aluminum ball until it cools.
Once cooled lotus cookie should be crispy.
Can make 1 1/2 tray.
Can be stored in air tight container or ziploc bag.

(Directions on back of bag. 1 full bag makes 1 full 10-inch round pan with 9 layers of 1 cup for each layer)
instruction for steamed layer cake:
empty content of bag to a mixing bowl.
In a pot make your sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of water with 2 1/2 cup sugar. Let it come to a boil and cool down.
To your mixing bowl with the flour add in 2 can of coconut milk with 1 cup of room temperature water along with your sugar syrup. Mix everything together until smooth.
pour half of the batter into a separate bowl and add food coloring of choice.
you should have 1 bowl that is for the white layer and a 2nd bowl with color of your choice.
using a 10inch pan to steam:
First layer add in 1 1/2 cup of better and steam for 2minutes on medium/high.
Second layer add 1 cup of batter on medium low steam for 8min
3rd layer add in 1 cup of batter and steam on on medium low for 6min.
continue adding 1 cup of batter (or less depending on the thickness of each layer you like) and continue steaming for 6 minutes (could be more or less cooking time depending on later thickness.) you’ll know it’s ready when firm to the touch or translucent before pouring in the next layer.
let cool completely before cutting.
(tip: wet knife with water each time before slicing to prevent sticking or layer from falling)
Soft coconut crepes: Easily snack on a perfectly steamed crepe, with a delectable combination of softness, chewiness, and hints of black sesame seeds and coconut flakes (optional). Instruction for Coconut crepes:
•Empty bag of flour into mixi mixing bowl
•Add 4 eggs and 4 cup of coconut milk (you can add shredded coconut if you like)
•Mix well until batter is no longer clumpy and is a thing runny batter
•Heat pan (med/low) and lightly brush with oil
•Pour batter to create a thin layer. Cover and let steam for 30-40 sec until batter becomes cooked, then gently roll and remove from pan.
•Continue process until batter is complete.
Steam Rolls: This blend of flour will leave your audience craving for more! Its texture is soft, chewy, and airy. After perfectly steaming it, add your preferred meat filling and roll. You won't be able to resist taking another bite. Top it off with your favorite peanut or eggroll sauce. So delicious! (Directions on back of bag. 1 full bag makes little over half an aluminum tray depending on size of pan used)
Instruction for Steam Rolls:
• empty bag of flour into a mixing bowl
• add to the flour 1/4 cups of oil and 13 cups of cold water. Mix well until smooth and no clumps.
• heat your pan to medium/low and put a small amount of oil. Once hot ladle in a thin layer of batter, covered and let steam until batter becomes white and translucent. (1-2minutes)
• flip pan upside down onto flat surface and add your filling of choice to the steam rolls. Roll and enjoy!
Fried Banana: a delicous crispy batter for your fried banana party! Crispy outer layer and soft and gooey on the inside from the banana. Fried banana can be eaten as is after frying or top it with your favorite ice cream and make it a full dessert. (1 full bag makes aprox 2 bunches of bananas) NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLE PACK
Instruction for Fried Banana:
empty bag of flour into a mixing bowl. Add in 4 cups of room temperature water. mix well. Batter will be like pancake batter consistency. once cooked the baking powder will activate and make the crust thicker. (Optional if don’t want to use the whole bag. Just pour in water and mix until you get pancake batter consistency)
