Sweet and Spicy Hot Jeow Bong

Our Jeow bong is made from lightly roasted ingredients like chilies, garlic and shallots blended together with ingredients such as fish sauce and sugar. Our Jeow bong has a bold roasted flavor and tastes sweet but is also balanced with spiciness that creeps up on you from the three different kinds of roasted chilies that we use. You can serve this cold with sticky rice, grilled meats, or fresh vegetables.
