Umami Sauce

Bold, zesty, and flavorful. This thick, spicy-sour sauce packs a tangy punch with a rich and deep umami kick. Perfect with chicken salads or white fungus mushroom salads—but honestly, there’s no wrong way to use it. A little goes a long way. 

(Sauce bottles will come with no label for the time being (12oz). Rest assured we will have labels available on all bottles as soon as they arrive!)
